10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Forehand and Backhand fundamentals with Coach Mark
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Net play and volleys with Coach Fernando
Tuesday: “Singles Strategy”
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Dynamic warm-up
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Singles tactics and positioning with Coach Fernando
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Singles match simulations and strategy discussions
Wednesday: “Doubles Dynamics”
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Conditioning and agility training
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Doubles techniques and communication with Coach Mark
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Doubles match scenarios and teamwork drills
Thursday: “Game Development”
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Strength and endurance conditioning
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Mental toughness and game development with Coach Fernando
