Mandy Grunfeld Rosenfield
Director of Tennis
Mandy Rosenfield is a former professional and leading British tennis player. She was ranked as high as No.3 in Great Britain and in the low 100’s in the world. She played for her country in the Federation Cup, Wightman Cup and competed at Grand Slams around the world, including playing against the legendary Martina Navratilova and Lori McNeil at Wimbledon. She competed in all the grand slams and was known as one of the fittest and toughest tennis players of her era. When injury curtailed her playing career she earned a place at Manchester University studying for three years and received a First Class Honors degree in Physical Therapy. She has a tremendous amount of experiences in the physiology, stresses, and strains of tennis. She has a wealth of experience to offer and passes these experiences on to young tennis players. She is the Director of The Tennis Academy at Windermere Prep School and a partner in The Tennis Team consultancy.

Fernando is a Former ATP and WTA Tour Coach with a tremendous experience of coaching players of all levels. He worked more than 20 years, coaching ATP and WTA players and has also coached 2 Top-50 ATP players and 5 Top-100 players including 2012 French Open Finalist and 2012 US Open Doubles Champion Sara Errani. He is a PTR Professional and a National Trainer (Spanish Federation) and has been a Full Time coach on the ATP and WTA tours for 8 years.Fernando has worked with Sara Errani (Italy) : Nª 5 WTA. Maria Antonia Sanchez Lorenzo (Spain): Nª33 WTA.Arantxa Parra (Spain): N 46 WTA and Dudi Sella No29 ATPHe is a former Director at JMO Tennis Academy and is fluent in Spanish and French. Fernando is married with a wife and son having relocated from Spain.
Gabriel Andrew is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. He has been teaching and playing tennis for 15 years . For 3 years, Gabriel worked for Nike, running their tennis camps under the supervision of Carlos Goffi, former coach of John McEnroe (ranked No. 1 in the world in both singles & doubles). Gabriel is a certified PTR member since 2015. He is excited to share his passion and experience with all players – from high performance to junior level.
Alison Noll is a former junior Middle States, high school, junior college, and college player. She is a college graduate from Rider University, where she played 1st singles and 1st doubles for two years. Prior to Rider University, Alison played 1st singles and 1st doubles at Mercer County Community College. At Mercer, she was a two time first singles National Champion and was named first team All American for two years. Growing up, Alison competed in many sectional and national tournaments. In 2016, she received her USPTA professional rating certification and has much experience with the 10 & Under tennis. To this day, Alison still plays and competes on a competitive level.
Kirsty Venter originally comes from Edinburgh, Scotland and has since competed at the US college level for four years. She started her journey at Boise State University, in Boise Idaho gaining Most Valuable Player her sophomore year at 6 singles and 3 doubles, and scholar athlete awards in freshman and sophomore year. Gaining a full scholarship to Arkansas State University, in Jonesboro Arkansas, she captained the team her junior year and played 6 singles and 3 doubles. She then went on to graduate with a bachelors in Communications from Louisiana State University at Alexandria where she played soccer as well as tennis in her senior year at the NAIA college. Kirsty started tennis at the age of four and competed at a high level in the U.K. during her junior years getting ranked as high as 32 in 16U, 64 in 18U and qualified for multiple national and international tennis tournaments. She is a keen doubles and singles player and still likes to play competitively. Her tennis coaching experience goes back 6 years working with kids, juniors and adults group clinics as well as private lessons.
Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach
Micah Kurtz is the Assistant Athletics Director/ Director of Strength, Conditioning & Athletic Development at Windermere Preparatory School. Prior to Windermere Prep, Coach Kurtz worked at the University of South Carolina and AC Flora. During Kurtz’ time at AC Flora he directly worked with the school’s tennis team that won four straight region championships, 2 upper state championships and 1 state championship. While at the University of South Carolina he worked with the women’s tennis team that made the NCAA tournament in 2007-2008.Coach Kurtz has consulted with the NFL, USA Basketball, USA Football and Nike Football on youth athletic development education.
David has been apart of the Orlando Tennis Academy for 5 years. David instructed tennis at the Ocoee Tennis Academy and has a marketing background at Universal Creative Marketing. He is an Eagle Scout and graduated with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
