Founded by a former world-ranked professional, Orlando Tennis Academy is built on a simple belief — every player deserves great coaching, a clear path forward, and a community that cares.
"Every player who walks onto our courts deserves the same level of attention, expertise, and encouragement — regardless of their level or their goals."
Orlando Tennis Academy was founded by Mandy Grunfeld Rosenfield, a former professional and one of Great Britain's leading tennis players. Mandy was ranked as high as No. 3 in Great Britain and in the low 100s in the world, playing for her country in the Federation Cup and Wightman Cup, competing at Grand Slams around the world, and facing legends including Martina Navratilova at Wimbledon.
She was known as one of the fittest and most tenacious players of her era. When injury ended her playing career, she earned a First Class Honors degree in Physical Therapy from Manchester University. That combination of elite competitive experience and deep knowledge of the body's demands in tennis is the foundation everything at OTA is built on.
Today, the academy serves players of all ages and levels across two locations in the Orlando area, with a coaching team that shares Mandy's belief that great tennis development is about more than just technique — it's about developing the whole athlete.
